A Day of Travel.
I woke up and headed out to Boston with the new Ford Fiesta. It was really great driving it, and really starting to get used to it. On my way out, I decided to stop at two different Ford dealerships to say hi and let some of the managers see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. It was great; everyone was very excited. Freehold ford (NJ) and Able Ford (NJ) had all their managers come out. everyone was so excited.
I met one gentilman at the Able Ford dealership who told me a bit about himself in the car. He told me he worked there for a bit, and then moved to a Toyota dealership. After some time, he was asked to work back at Able. He said that the one thing that he felt Ford was lacking in was a Compact Car to sell compeitively. He said that the Fiesta is exactly what this company needed. Everyone was so excited about the vehicle; it drives beautifully and is generally sexy. I love the thing already.
I met up with some buddies when I got into the city and cruised around. I picked up Katie and we decided to just drive. As we were in Southy going to the Harbor walk, and something happened. There were a few gnarly pot holes, and at some point, the car started to shudder. I pulled over, and the dang tire was deflated. It’s official; I was able to give myself a flat tire within 36 hours of having the vehicle. Great. I’m a moron. Though I was just driving; I dont feel like I should be blamed for this one. Anyways, hopefully I’ll get it fixed tomorrow. We’ll see.
